(it still is not as small as a normal analog cable and you can definitely feel the latecy and it would not be possible to properly play faster reefs without getting confused maybe unless you get used to it) But I have tried the cable with programs that support ASIO and latency is very small compared to how it is in Rocksmith. Also in case of Rocksmith, the more you process a sound, the more latecy increases. The game also has to mix the sound of processed guitar with the sound effects and songs that are playing in software. That is not possible in our reality if you are not using ASIO (which Rocksmith does not support) Even when using asio4all driver, you are going to have a some latency (which many people would not feel at all) But using wasapi is going to cause latency and there will be a gap between plucking a note and hearing the processed sound.
